Patrick Joust is librarian from Baltimore, Maryland. He is an amateur photographer who specializes in city scenes in and around Baltimore. Some of my favorite pictures of his were the ones that were at night. What I really like about his pictures is how he is able to take photos in such detail with such low light. I just really like the low light pictures for some odd reason.
